Rules and regulations for staying in hotel "BESSARABIA"
The main rules of our work is to make everything possible for a calm, comfortable and safe stay of our guests. We kindly ask you to follow these rules during your stay in our hotel so as to make you presence here as much comfortable as possible.
1. Rules regarding the arrival procedure:
1.1. Guests can be accommodated only after they show their passport or ID (for each guest older than 18 years: Ukrainian passport, seamen’s passport, driving license, permission for residence) and after making the payment for the whole stay.
1.2. Administrator is not allowed to take the guest’s passport or ID for the duration of the whole stay of the guest.
1.3. After your arrival we would like you to fill the Guest Registration Form, after that you will receive the key-card.
1.4. Check-in is possible on the arrival date after 02:00 p.m., if other details were not discussed during reservation (early check-in).
1.5. For the safety of your documents and personal things there is safety box in the room which you can freely use. There is also a video surveillance on the whole territory of the hotel, with the exception of rooms and bathrooms.
1.6. After you will be checked-in into the room you are kindly asked to look around and check if all the amenities and devices are working fine and safe. If you found any defect, please, inform Administrator. Please, don’t try to repair anything by yourself.
2. Rules regarding your stay in the hotel:
2.1. It is forbidden to pass the key-card to the third person or to let not registered people stay in the room during your absence.
2.2. It is forbidden to be accommodated with dogs, cats, birds and any other animals.
2.3. It is not possible to cook food in the room by yourself.
2.4. Please, keep the Fire Safety Rules. It is strongly forbidden to smoke in the building and in the rooms! It is allowed to smoke only outside of the hotel in the signed and allocated placed.
2.5. Please, before leaving your room close the window so as to prevent the entrance of people from the outside. You are kindly asked to turn off all the electrical devices when you leave the room.
2.6. It is strongly forbidden to bring and to keep guns, explosives, drugs and other toxic and dangerous substances. Guests who are allowed to keep guns will be asked by the Administrator to show the documents which prove that fact.
2.7. It is forbidden to make noise in the hotel from 11:00 p.m. to 07:00 a.m.
2.8. It is forbidden for not registered people to stay in the hotel from 11:00 p.m. to 07:00 a.m.
2.9. Please, keep the territory of the hotel clean, leave the garbage in the special places.
2.10. If you have any questions or you face difficulties don’t hesitate to contact the Administrator or the Housekeeper.
2.11. Any damage made by the guests is due to be paid by the guest or by the responsible person in the full amount by the prices defined in the document “Damage Of The Amenities”.
2.12. Administration is allowed to cancel the stay of the guest without the refund in the case of strong breaking the rules of the hotel, fire safety regulations, damage amenities of the hotel or the belongings of other guests, willful harm the health of other guests or personnel, abusement of the administration.
2.13. Please, don’t forget about the regime of the hotel. The main entrance is due to be closed after 00:00 a.m., and all the not registered guests are due to leave the hotel up to that time.
3. Please, follow the rules of the departure, and you will keep only the best memories about our hotel:
3.1. In the day of the departure the guests are due to be checked-out till 12:00 p.m., if other was not discussed with the Administrator (early-late check-out).
3.2. Don’t forget your things in the room after your departure. Don’t forget to check if there is anything in the safety box.
3.3. We will be very grateful if you leave the room in the same condition as it was when you arrived.
The Administration of the hotel is allowed not to accommodate a person who is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or psychotropics.
